How do I return an item?
All sales are Final.
Being that all our products are custom made for our customers we can
not provide cash or credit card refunds, except in the unlikely event
that the merchandise you received was broken or damaged in shipping.
Unless your item arrives broken or a mistake was made in your order, no
returns are permitted! ONLY AUTHORIZED RETURNS will be accepted after
contacting us via email within 48hrs of you receiving your order. You
must obtain an RMA # and return all defective and incorrect items.
